I was NOT expecting to love this as much as I did. The rice underneath was gorgeous, the mango, edamame, lettuce, radish and cucumber were impossibly fresh and I’m pretty sure the tofu was made by a magician because the crisp and flavour were otherworldly perfection.
11/10 would order again.
