Itadaki ZenのVegan Calamari With Tartar Sauce —jessskhのレビュー（2021年12月9日）

Probably one of my favourite dishes of theirs - vegan calamari made from king oyster mushrooms. Not too oily but has great flavour and paired excellently with the tartar sauce.
