Don’t think I have ever eaten haggis before but I really enjoyed it in this dish, now I need to eat loads more to make up for lost haggis! I loved how creamy the guacamole was too and the quesadilla was full to the brim with flavour, it was definitely super filling & satisfying but didn’t leave me feeling sluggish at all #veganisnotscary #day63

In England we can only get veggie haggis around Burn's Night so I've made my own in the past, it's so good.
