I haven't had corn tortillas in quite a while because I so prefer flour ones, but chose to try these as I have been trying to eat more anti-inflammatory foods.
I have to say they were a SUCCESS!!! Super tender, subtle corn flavor, and good with a few different fillings I made.
I just wish they weren't almost double the price but half the size of larger wheat ones, feels like taking advantage of the "gluten-free" angle? 2€ for a pack of 10. #refugiotheanimalacademy #kimberleepower #veganisnotscary
