Made a spicy & warm sausage casserole using these plantbased chorizo sausages by Simple Truth. 4 sausages contain 27g protein (to my partners delight) so good nutritional value on that part. They’re easy to work with and cut in to pieces, they hold the shape and has good texture and great flavor 👌🏽
