
This is a really impressive chicken alternative, made with soya protein - the texture is great - succulent & chewy in the middle, & the outside crisps up a little. The taste is v much like seasoned roast chicken! 🍗
These tenderstrips worked really well in a curry & I'm sure would be great in pasta, paella stir fries etc. 🍝🥘 🍜
(The pieces are pretty huge (pic 2) so depending on the dish you might want to chop them after cooking!)🔪
Usually £3/220g so a bit more expensive than some other alternatives, but a very convincing sub & currently on offer in Tesco's. 💰
