I loved it: the dish was simple but incredibly tasty, with the almond soup perfectly balancing the sweetness of beans and tomatoes with its tanginess. I would order it again any day!
Fregola su zuppa fredda di mandorle, con fagiolini, pomodori ciliegino e olive leccine.
L’ho adorato: il piatto è semplice, ma delizioso, col sapore della zuppa di mandorle che si sposa perfettamente con la dolcezza di fagiolini e pomodori. La ordinerei ancora e ancora!
