I forgot about these deep in my freezer, but even with all the icicles that formed as seen in 2nd photo), it still cooked and browned well. Half a slice with plenty of veggies is suitable for me, which cuts down on the sodium and makes for a 2-for-1 deal. Photo'd here is my breakfast sandwich made with this and BeLeaf egg. #veganisnotscary
