I was impressed with this frozen meal. Low fat, high protein and not bad on the sugar content. It has black beans, pinto beans, corn, red peppers and brown rice. You mix it with a spicy tomatillo sauce. Hats off to Healthy Choice for a healthy frozen meal!!
