I have a toaster oven because I'm a #lazyvegan, and that happens to be the scene of many a complacency-fuelled disaster 😧 You can't see it, but the base of this #pie / #pastry thing was completely charred through because I wasn't paying attention to it 😅 A real shame, because this could have been absolutely amazing. I love #mushroom, I love nuts (this has #hazelnut, #almond, #peanut, and #walnut), and I love flaky/crispy things. This was going to be so beautiful 🥺

Lol that sounds so like me - my nickname is sidetrack - everytime I get in the kitchen I think I can do 20 chores along with cooking - super fail everytime
