I can’t believe it- a fully vegan breakfast sandwich!! I’ve literally never seen a fully vegan one before, as most places just have vegetarian ones but use real egg and cheese. The taste was really good- the sausage (I think it was beyond) was smoky and a hint spicy. The texture, however, was really disappointing. I think they probably freeze these & reheat (or at least parts) because the English muffin was really tough to bite through and had a freezer burn feel to it, which is unfortunate. I’d definitely get this again though, just out of pure joy that I can enjoy one of my favorite to go breakfasts again.
