Just mix it with a bit more water than the recipe says and the consistency is perfectly fluffy 🤗 Otherwise I sticked to the omelette recipe included and added pieces of champignons, chick’n, rucola and shredded cheeze and it got #boyfriendapproved #veganisnotscary #9090challenge #eggciting #veganomelette
