
When you first take this patty out it looks quite similar to raw meat and appeared to bleed beetroot juice when being fried. You can keep cooking it until it gets a crispy edge and the beet juice evaporates if, like me, you like your #fakemeat medium to well done. I liked these better than the gardein ones because they are thicker and not as firmly packed.
