These went nice and crispy on the outside when I cooked them in the sandwich press. There’s a hint of chilli but I couldn’t taste any lime. It has an unusual stringy texture that I’m guessing is meant to mimic fish. Good substitute if you miss eating fish cakes #veganisnotscary #veganfish
