The chorizo and nacho cheese were added at home and definitely take this chipotle veg bowl to the next level! (Reviewed in my last two posts) Nonetheless, if traveling and there’s a chipotle nearby, love that it’s a healthy option on-the-go, even if you don’t have the chorizo and vegan nacho cheese on hand;) at least the guac is free if you get just veg and beans! #veganisnotscary
