Do ChayのBlack Garlic Eggplant —ⓥ mike ⓥのレビュー（2021年10月13日）

I saw eggplant listed and knew that I wanted to try this. It wasn’t the most flavourful dish, but the bok chow was nice. Roasted eggplant seems oily to me though unfortunately.
