This was ok. I found the sponge was a-bit too hard for my liking however I did enjoy the icing! The icing was lovely and soft and just the right level of sweetness. This desert was served with a tea or coffee which I’ve never heard of before however I quite enjoyed the whole idea of it. #veganisnotscary
