Best sauerkraut of my life. Tangy with a hint of sweetness from the pears. Also I can’t stand beets but still want to reap their benefits, so the fact that this kraut makes them so easy for me to eat, is huge. No beet taste whatsoever. Thank the food gods. only 6 super healthy ingredients and I could eat it straight from the container. So good!! #veganisnotscary
