I was a little hesitant in buying this loaf since it is on the pricey side and I wasn’t too sure if I would be able to finish the whole loaf myself but surprisingly I’m more than half way through! It has good whole ingredients, great for digestion. Ive heard a lot of positive reviews and the nutritional benefits of this bread, I believe it’s definitely worth it!!
I’ve had it in the fridge for about a week and a half now and it still tastes fresh and delicious especially toasted.
This morning I used 2 slices to make some pumpkin spice french toast. (recipe from @jaroflemons) I was a little skeptical using their bread for french toast since it’s not very thick but the outcome was delicious. The bread was perfect for this recipe. I really enjoyed the texture and the sesame seeds added a nice crunch.
