
I keep one of these in the deep freezer just for occasions like this!
Had guests last night and did an impromptu #thanksliving dinner! A roast from Cafe la Vie, mashed potatoes with boursin cream cheeze and oat cooking cream, mushroom gravy, green beans and corn, cauliflower and broccoli. Obviously we needed a dessert and this was the perfect fall finish.
