I think the greatest compliment I can give to this dessert is saying it made my omnivore mom fall in love. She honestly prefers the vegan version than the milk based one. Not sure it's a traditional recipe or not so here's the ingredients: dulce de leche, cookie crumbles, banana slices and Chantilly cream. This place's Chantilly cream is absolutely perfect, I could eat a bucket of it. The balance of ingredients was not ideal the last time I went there, there wasn't enough banana slices so it tasted too sweet. #banoffee #banoffeepie #curitiba
