Vegan version available as indicated on the menu! This dish has it all in my book - it's simple, visually interesting, and tasty. It looks like there's a lot of sauce but actually the corn sauce is quite mild, so it doesn't feel heavy at all and instead is mildly sweet. A great choice for a lighter meal and very affordable as well.
