The name alone makes me smile when I take this 30-60 min before bed. It has cbd and melatonin. Does it work for me? Hard to say, as I’ve had good nights of sleep snd some not so good after taking. But then again, a gummy doesn’t take away all the day’s worries! #uplandspeak
