It's chocolate fudge enriched with all kinds of goodness including oats and almonds, even mushroom powder! It is also sweetened with maple syrup instead of cane sugar. You can tell you are eating something of substance, not just a sweet dessert. The ice cream is phenomenal and it is a great place if you have food allergies.
