A great tasting extremely dense salad! Half pound of this salad totally fills me up. Would purchase again without the plastic container (see second picture for ingredients).
This dish is made fresh in the deli and then packaged in plastic containers to be placed in a grab-and-go cooler bunker. NOTICE: a person can call in the morning and have this or any other vegan dishes going into production placed in cardboard containers for same day pick up.
