Review of Farmer Poh at Wooshi Katong by bornvegetarian

Had a piece of my non-vegan friend's vegan sushi roll. I wasn't interested in the Tindle Chicken so I preferred to make my own in the last post. This had a surprisingly refreshing tangy flavour I quite enjoyed - must be the cashew mint sauce. Really need a bit more of it so that it's less dry. I could taste and see the JUST Egg more than the TiNDLE Chicken (which I guess is the only reason it costs more than a myo), maybe it was just the particular piece I got. The white sushi rice does allow other flavours to stand out better, but I like the nuttiness of brown rice.

I appreciate the colourful, compact boxes these come in. Didn't feel like throwing these away.
