One day there will be a readily available vegan graham cracker that is not gluten free … until then I will keep using these. They’re not bad, but they’re quite crumbly (typical gf) and they’re very small.

I’m not sure about in Canada, but in the US the Nabisco original graham crackers are vegan and not gluten free!
