This is like a handroll, but huge. Nori encases an array of vegetables - avo, cucumber, carrot, beetroot. All crispy and full of flavour. There's a dhal served with it. I'm glad the wraps came in little bags because bits fell everywhere. A delicious, messy meal. #greyton
