Absolutely love this brand canned young green jackfruit in brine! Pappa Jack harvest their jackfruits from their own garden, where no pesticides are used. As if that wasn't great enough, instead of using industrial synthetic salt, they create their brine with pure fleur de sel. And yes, you can taste the difference. Young jackfruit can be used as a meat alternative and it actually tastes amazing. Give it a go if you can get hold of some!
