Review of Bioglitter - Top Coat - "Alien" - Pacifica by sarahkehoe

Really fun. Two coats in the picture. Advertised as Transparent. In the picture I have it on top of the "Diamond" colour. I think the little specs in the polish are just aluminum, not sure though.
