I took part in the Cooking for Dreams with Reach for a Dream foundation whereby ingredients were sent to us and we all had to cook along live to break a world record for the most people cooking online simultaneously as well as support a great cause. I was happy to see it was vegan.
These peas are great but took a lot longer to cook than the recipe had said so I would recommend soaking them overnight or cooking them separately before adding them to the curry.
Delicious flavours and was fun to cook with J-something and David Higgs 👌🏼
