Banh Khot pancake is a really special dish from Vung Tau city. It’s really really nice, you should really try it out. The pancake is crunchy from the outside and chewy from the inside, the flavor filling is made from mushroom and minced veg. Served with lots of green leaves, herbs and sweet and sour sauce. Must try one!
