This was a garden fresh 8” sub perfect for spring with za’atar seasoned tofu, garlicky lemon-dill mayo, cucumber, tomato, red onion, pepperoncini, spring mix, and salt and pepper, plus Mistaken For Bacon® and marinated mushrooms. It was packed with so many delicious ingredients that complemented each other perfectly.
