apologies for the picture of the empty bag, i forgot to take a picture before i used it! second picture features daiya cheddar as well. overall, a very good pizza crust. it made a nice crispy crust, which is what i expected since i rolled it so thin. im not sure if you could get a thick crust out of this. the dough is VERY sticky though, so i would recommend rolling it between two pieces of parchment paper and using flour. overall, delicious!
