This consisted of a gluten-free waffle cone, delicately flavored and creamy Earl Grey cheesecake filling, crushed pistachios, and chocolate ganache. A delicious 🌱-based take on a classic Italian dessert. The delightful cheesecake filling was both rich and light. #saveveganrestaurants #abillionturns3
