These delicious flour tortilla gringas are from La Parrilla Vegana. They’re filled with avocado spicy sauce, vegan chistorra (a type of chorizo) and vegan cheese. All so good! It’s a little on the expensive side but I appreciated that they make it right there on the spot on their grills.
