So I got these at Star Grocer in Paramount Garden. They have this section with imported British snacks right now. This product isn't explicitly stated to be Vegan (it's labelled as Vegetarian), but looking through the ingredient list I don't see any non-vegan ingredients). On sale are also 'Jammie Dodgers' that are explicitly labelled as vegan. But I went for these because I felt like having chocolate chip cookies.
It's a light and very crunchy/crumbly cookie. Very strong coconut flavour with lots of dessicated coconut in it (so if you don't like dessicated coconut, this isn't for you). Overall, I enjoyed them.
