PSA! A newly opened vegan restaurant from the one and only Shannon Martinez (owner of Smith and Deli & Smith and Daughter) at South Yarra! I came knowing I’d love everything on the menu (because I love everything from S&D). And I did! This potato dish is delicious! Crispy, but soft inside, topped with delicious smoky and creamy sauces. Only $10 for this scrumptious dish.
