I really enjoyed this! The dish is so colorful and has so many components. I was a bit thrown off by what I see as sandwich ingredients (Omnipork luncheon, vegan cheese slices) rolled into a burrito instead, but I...rolled with it (sorry, the pun was right there). I wish there were more veggies inside the burrito but at least there's a salad too for extra greens, and the "squid" is a random but good addition to this combo.
