Next Level founders, Matt and Cierra de Gruyter, took their big idea and risked everything to see it come to life. Cierra and Matt, a former Marine with a successful private equity career, had a comfortable life for their young family. Yuuummm!!! Tuna melts were my favorite before going vegan and this vegan one did not disappoint. They use Good Catch tuna salad and add capers which add to the “fishy” flavor. Too good!
