Guacamole, Romaine Lettuce, Fajita Veggies- peppers onions, Tomato Salsa, Black Beans, Pinto Beans, Brown Rice. Delicious, $7.45 not bad value for Portland.

Even though chipotle is a meat serving fast food, according to what I've read the company seems more eco-responsible than most of these kind of places. Nothing in my order was plastic, and there's ample plant based offering. Feels okay to cast my vote for vegan food here. Maybe hypocritical to say, I wouldn't do the same at a McDonald's, Burger King, Taco Bell, Subway, etc.
