I add this to everything that needs a cheese-y flavour. I also added it to homemade mayo, tempeh bacon (4th photo) and scrambled tofu, etc.
It's very versatile and fortified with vitamin B12.
I used the Alive Foods brand before but that packaging isn't recyclable and it isn't fortified (which is a personal choice). I wish Now used a bottle with less thick plastic though. I do know that other places may not have paper carton recycling, so maybe that isn't a realistic option. Hmmm...
