This was recommended by the staff was vegan and ghee free. It had a nice depth which was a little smokey with a good spice level. I prefer a black lentil dal so this isn’t what I would usually order. Without naan or some other curry it just isn’t very interesting but I did enjoy the crispy spinach on top. #indianfood #vegan
