This consisted of battered fried mushrooms nestled in 3 fluffy buns, topped with fresh cucumbers, house made fermented carrots, kimchi and cilantro. Drizzled with house-made kimchi aioli. The 🍄 were a delicious and compassionate 🌱-based replacement for 🐥.
