This meal is five star delicious! The kind of taste a meat eater could say "Well if all vegan food tasted this good, I could probably be vegan." Pepe's Bistro uses local, fresh and organic ingredients!
Shredded BBQ Torta ingredients:
Slightly toasted Mexican bun filled with barbecue shredded seitan, zucchini, sweet pepper, tomato, onion, dill pickle, chili lime cabbage, mustard, and cashew crema. Served with multigrain chips and homemade salsa.
