This is the closest to heaven you can get. The texture is perfect and the flavor is INCREDIBLE. The pumpkin flavor was subtle. I wish it wasn’t a seasonal flavor! Andy makes the some of the BEST vegan cheesecakes you will EVER try!. All his slices are topped with his handmade whipped cream. Divine.
