I love this stuff. It’s creamy, and adds a nice texture to soups. Even if you don’t use the entire can, it keeps in the fridge for up to four days. It’s also versatile... use it for coconut cream. #ditchdairy

You gotta try the coconut curry they have, it goes so good in soups!!
