This product tastes like a mayo that’s already been doctored up. Depending on what you’re using it for, that can be nice, a little extra tang above normal mayo, but if you’re needing a plain mayo, this doesn’t work. I tried using this to make homemade ranch and no matter how much of my mix I added, all I tasted was this mayo.
