WOW was this a good ramen! I’ve been looking for vegan ramens that have a thick, creamy soup, as opposed to the clear, bland soups I’ve often come across, and this hit just the spot! Quite pricey but it’s really satiating and is a well-crafted ramen with traditional touches.
