
Qué Pasa grinds whole white corn with volcanic stone, ... organic for 30 years, non-GMO, and LABELED VEGAN!
We prefer their blue corn tortilla chips, but these were crispy and lighter, which made a nice change. However, there were a lot more broken pieces in the bottom of the bag (could’ve happened in handling) – which you can see we made use of in our taco bowl!

@malarky your plate reminded me to “sopa de tortilla” or tortilla soup, it seems pretty similar. You add the chips on the bottom then cover with a tomate soup (onion garlic tomato salt and pepper, a bit of water then to the blender then to a pot to boil per 5 min) on top tons of avocado, corn and chili 🤤🤤🤤🤤 it’s a very traditional Mexican soup 🇲🇽 you should try it

I love it when even simple things like corn chips are labelled vegan. Hopefully that’s the future.
